Throughout her life, Adelle Pritchard has traveled to Europe on summer vacations to visit family and friends. She has always enjoyed sampling the specialties of the different regions of each country. But it was the crepes in France that always remained her favorite.  This  adventurous 13-year-old took an early interest in food and has been preparing dinner and desserts for family and friends for some time. Indeed it was her idea to open a small restaurant and, with strong involvement in the selection of everything from the decor to the menu, this creperie truly is Adelle's. Even though Adelle is still in middle school, Adelle's Creperie is hopefully the beginning of a career in the culinary arts for this young entrepreneur.
