Adelle has always had a passion for food and French culture. Through travel and celebrating french-related holidays, that passion grew, especially for crepes. She wanted to bring some of her love for the french culture to Chattanooga and thought no better way than through food. With the help of her parents, Adelle opened Adelle’s Creperie in July of 2016 when she was 12. Now at 15 and attending Baylor School, Adelle is cooking and working at the Creperie whenever she can and is constantly working to make Adelle’s Creperie the best it can be.
